That's right, Travis Tritt is coming to Central New York, and Sawyer Fredericks has some local show dates planned for this spring.

Sawyer Fredericks may be only 17 years-old but he has the voice of an old soul. When you talk with the Season 8 Voice winner, he's quiet and a man of few words. In the Spring of 2015 a star was born out of Fultonville, NY. Teenager and timid musician auditioned for, powered his way through the battle and knockout rounds, and took home the honor of winning on the NBC hit series, 'The Voice.' Now, Sawyer Fredericks is bringing his talents back to Utica.

The 'Voice' is coming to MVCC as part of the fall Cultural Series . Sawyer Fredericks will perform Friday, September 25th at the college.

Voice winner, Sawyer Fredericks kicked off the NASCAR XFinity Series Zippo 200 car race at Watkins Glen International, best rated track in the U.S. The Fultonville teen performed the National Anthem.
