The New York State Public High School Athletic Association is moving football and other 'high-risk' sports to a spring season this year, including the Utica-Rome area.

After a long week of voting, the Old Forge Eskimos have taken home the honor of best Herkimer County Mascot. Beginning tomorrow, the Eskimos will take on the Camden Blue Devils of Oneida County in the vote of a lifetime. That vote is for the title 'Best Central New York High School Mascot.'
