Buffalo Woman Has DWI Charges Dropped for Being a ‘Human Brewery’
A woman in the Buffalo area was arrested last year for driving while having a blood alcohol content of .33. That is more than four times the legal limit. Recently the DWI charge against her was dropped because she has a rare condition in which her body produces alcohol naturally.
