Here’s What the Wynn Hospital Looks Like Inside and Out Right Now
Wynn Hospital at MVHS in downtown Utica is moving towards a fall 2023 completion and opening and the progress is substantial. On Friday, February 11, MVHS's Bob Schoefield guided the WIBX News team through a tour of the property and complex as we saw the progress constructions crews have made from the ground level, all the way to the hospital's top floor.
New Name For MVHS After Steve Wynn Donates $50 Mil
The downtown Utica hospital just got a new name, along with a $50 million contribution from casino mogul and Utica native, Steve Wynn. Going forward, Utica's new hospital which is expected to open in 2023, will be named The Wynn Hospital of the Mohawk Valley Health System.
