The last thing on the minds of children Christmas morning, is breakfast.  It's all about seeing what Santa left under the tree, then playing with the new toys you received.  Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it's important to get the kids to eat.  The tradition at our house was croissants and cinnamon rolls my mother had made the night before.
