NORAD Santa Tracker Up and Running During Government Shutdown

You can still track Santa, even during the government shutdown.

Everyone knows Santa stays out of politics, and politics could never get in the way of Santa making his Christmas rounds delivering presents to good girls and boys.

NORAD will keep track of Santa Claus this Christmas Eve despite the government shutdown.  The Defense Department budget for this year has already been approved and signed by the President, meaning the North American Aerospace Defense Command in Colorado will not be affected.

That's good news for kids - it means the NORAD Santa Tracker is up and running today, keeping track of Santa as he delivers his toys.  Kids can follow along at noradsanta.org.
