NY Man Buys Air Conditioners For Families Battling Heat Wave

A New York man is keeping families cool during the heat wave, buying air conditioners for those who need them most.

"Not sure what made me do it," says Chad Foster of Albany. "It was a last second idea."

The owner of I & I Tattoo in Schenectady says he's always helping people when he can and wanted to do something for families without any air conditioning. "I bought 6 air conditioners and put up a post on Facebook," says Forster. "Within minutes I had hundreds of messages." The post quickly went viral with over 2000 shares.

Foster wished he could have done more but is happy he could help keep 6 families cool for the Summer. "I really just wanted them to go to good homes."
