Justin Bieber stars in a new anti-cyberbullying campaign video to bail out his manager and a record executive.

The video was released by a New York prosecutor as part of a plea deal, following a mall fan frenzy in 2009. Bieber's manager and a record exec were arrested after police shut down over Bieber's autograph session for fears someone could get hurt. More than 3,000  arrived three hours before the session was set to begin.  Neither of Bieber's people helped disperse the crowd.  The anit-cyberbullying ad settles all charges.
