Garth Brooks has announced his first performances in the Sacramento area in more than 17 years.

The country superstar and his wife, Trisha Yearwood, will bring their current world tour to the Sleep Train Arena for two dates on March 27 and 28.

Tickets for the two shows will go on sale Friday, Feb. 13 at 10AM PST, with an eight-ticket limit per purchase. Tickets will be available at Ticketmaster, by calling 1-800-745-3000 or Ticketmaster Express at 1-866-448-7849. Tickets will cost a total of $74.88. There will be no sales at the venue box office or Ticketmaster outlets on Feb. 13.

Brooks recently released 'Man Against Machine,' his first studio album in 13 years. The album's second single, 'Mom,' has been impacting enormously on social media, and the singer recently received a Platinum plaque for sales in excess of one million for the project. Yearwood is also promoting a new album, 'PrizeFighter: Hit After Hit.'

The couple have also announced their first-ever joint project, an album of Christmas duets.
