Free Fishing Clinic Gets You Free New York State Fair Tickets

The NY Department of Environmental Conservation puts on fishing clinics throughout the year, but the one this Saturday is a little more special.  It gets you state fair tickets and a chance to meet some bass fishing pros, read more for details.

The clinic is from 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday, September 3 on the fishing pier at Onondaga Lake Park in Liverpool.  It's open to all ages and even the equipment and bait is provided. In addition to getting fishing tips, everyone int he family will get free tickets to the NY State Fair.

The clinic coincides with a special event at the Family Fun Center at the fair.  From 11:30 to 1 p.m. you can meet Bass Elite Pros Randy Allen and David Mullins.  There will be contests and prizes including rods and reels, plus BASS boats and gear on display.
