Tractor Supply Co. in Rome is hosting Pet Pictures with Santa and a bake sale December 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Photos are $5 and funds will benefit the Oneida County 4-H Teen Council Exchange Program. All pets large and small are welcome.
