You Could Win Free Food For A Year At CNY's Chick-Fil-A

New Yorkers have been waiting for years for the Chick-Fil-A franchise to expand to the state, now Central New Yorkers are getting ready to eat all the waffle fries they can handle.

According to CNYCental.com, the Chick-Fil-A will be built in Cicero near the Home Depot on U.S. Route 11.

They spoke to the Town Supervisor who said that crews expect to break ground on the new restaurant as early as August 9.

Since the Chick-Fil-A brand is new to the area, we found a few things that you might want to know about the restaurant before it opens up shop.

1. You can win free food for a year

When a new Chick-Fil-A opens up, the first 100 customers through the door on opening day get free food for a year!

2. All locations are closed on Sundays

3. You shouldn't use your cell phone at Chick-Fil-A

Dinner time is for families at Chick-Fil-A, so they started a game where you put everyone's phone into a 'coop box.' At the end of your meal, if you didn't touch your phones everyone gets a free ice cream cone! Right now the promotion isn't nationwide, but should be soon.
