X-Factor Teams Ready For Live Shows

There were plenty of tears, tears of joy and tears of sadness, as the final four were chosen for each team on ‘The X-Factor.’ Each judge made the hard choice of which 4 to keep and which 4 to send home. So who made it through to the live shows next week?
Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, LA Reid and Nicole Scherzinger are each mentoring a different group of contestants and broke the news, good and bad, to their teams on last nights show. Most decisions made sense, expect for Simon. His choices had me scratching my head. He let Caitlyn Koch of Buffalo go to keep Tiah Tolliver. Tiah was the girl who caused controversy during her audition when Simon was the only one who saw and heard her talent. I still haven’t heard it and think she’ll be the first sent home by America in the live shows. Simon also kept Simone Battle. Who? She hasn’t been featured much on the show expect during boot camp when she forgot her words. Somehow she made it through. I think Simon is losing his hearing in his old age. Melanie Amaro, an early frontrunner was sent packing. Really?! But Simon realized his mistake and went to Melanie’s home to apologize and invite her back. Yay! So Simon’s team had 5 people and everyone else has four.
Simon Cowell – Girls
Simone Battle – strange choice and probably won’t go very far
Drew Ryniewicz - hard to beleive she’s only 14. She’ll go far
Tiah Tolliver – the biggest surprise. I can’t beleive she’s through, but she wont’ be there long
Rachel Crow – the cutest 13 year old ever! She’ll be around awhile
Melania Amaro - Simon’s biggest mistake. Thank god she’s back in
Paula Abdul – Groups
The Brewer Boys – cute brothers who will go far
The Stereo Hogzzs – these guys sure can harmonize
InTENsity & Lakoda Rayne (2 groups made up from the auditions)
I’m surprised Paula didn’t choose 4shore. Those boys were great. They should have been in Lakoda Rayne’s place, who are 4 girls thrown together after auditions and have pitch issues. Maybe Paula can tune them in.
LA Reid – Boys
Brian Badley - 14 year old rapper with an attitude
Phillip Lomax – Sintra style crooner
Marcus Canty – guy with groove
Chris Rene - just out of rehab and hard not to root for
I’m surprised Skyelor Anderson nor Tim Cifers made it. Both were country boys and I thought one would go through. Didn’t anyone watch ‘American Idol’ last season where the final two were both country. Thats the music America loves
Nicole Scherzinger – Over 30
Josh Krajcik - The guy who sounds like a star but doesn’t look like one
Dexter Haygood – homeless and hopeful. America will love him
LeRoy Bell - One of the oldest guys in the competition with one of the silkiest voices
Stacey Francis - What a power house. There was no doubt she’d make it
‘The X-Factor’ returns next Tuesday at 8 on FOX as the contestants
