The National Weather Service out of Binghamton has issued a Winter Storm Watch for Central New York. Here's what we know so far.

This Watch has been issued for Northern Oneida, Madison and Southern Oneida Counties. This will go into effect Friday 7PM - Saturday 7PM.

Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Plan on difficult travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches, with localized amounts up to 9 inches, and ice accumulations of one tenth to two tenths of an inch are possible."

Remember, a Winter Storm Watch means there is potential for significant
