MAY ALSO LEAD TO POTENTIAL FROZEN PIPES.

* WIND CHILL READINGS...AS LOW AS 20 TO 35 BELOW ZERO SATURDAY AND
AS LOW AS 25 TO 40 BELOW SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING.
