Why is Shaq Covered in Leaves in the Adirondacks

Shaquille O'Neal ran through the Adirondacks with Bear Grylls. The NBA legend fell during a hike, ate a placenta for dinner and was buried in leaves.

While on the Adirondack Scenic Railroad to meet Bear, Shaq does a Tarzan yell to let the animals know he's coming. While making camp, he hides from the animals under a pile of leaves. "I've never sat in a bunch of leaves before. I feel like a big Christmas tree right now," Shaq says as Bear covers him up. "I want no one or nothing to see me. Not a coyote. Not a moose. Not a bear. Not even another leaf."
