According to The Spread’s website, Jimmie Johnson is the odds makers’ pick to win it all.

Jimmie Johnson is now the favorite to win the Sprint Cup Championship with 9/2 odds. Other short odds to win are Carl Edwards (5/1) while six other drivers have 8/1 odds to win the championship.
