Who Knew You Could Burn Your Lips

We've all suffered a sun burn a time or two, but who knew you could burn your lips. You can and it hurts!

While on vacation in North Carolina Tad and I were diligent about putting on sun screen and neither of us came home with a burn. I did however come home with a huge blister on my lip from the sun, despite what Tad may think. "Maybe it's wind burned from flapping those lips."

It hurts to laugh. I need a straw to drink and eating is difficult. Talking isn't easy either which isn't upsetting Tad any. "You're quiet-er."
