If you're in the mood to see some Central New York fall colors this weekend get in the car, you'll have to take a drive. Earlier predictions said the leaf change is running behind this year and the weekly report from the state tourism department confirms it. Here's where to find the colors.

I Love NY.com

I Love NY produces a weekly Fall Foliage Report compiled by spotters from around the state. Most of New York is in the early stages of the change with only Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake reporting a 50% change in colors. Alex Bay is about 40%.

Got some pics of changing colors? We'd love to see them, share below or on our Facebook page.
