When You Forget An Important Date

Have you ever forgotten an important date? Your anniversary, someone's birthday, a court date? As I was driving to work this morning I couldn't remember the date and thought I'd missed my mother's birthday, again. Thank God it's today! Happy birthday MOM. May you enjoy your day in the sun, by the water, with a cold beverage in your hand.

If I would have missed her birthday, it wouldn't have been the first time. I think I've forgotten everyone in my family's birthday a time or two. I'm terrible with dates and the older I get the more I forget. You'd think with today's technology I'd set something on my phone to alert me.
