I'm not getting any younger and every time I visit the doctor, an exercise regiment is always recommended. I HATE exercising! But scrolling through Facebook I saw an 'easy' workout video for when you're a work. So I thought I'd give it a try.

The trainer on KaisaFit demonstrates a few things you can do with your office chair, making it look effortless. My version looks a little more painful, proving why I NEVER exercise.

I did find a much better way to get in a daily workout without breaking a sweat....or a bone in our exercise room at work. There's even a holder for your beverage.
