What Are We All Doing On The Internet?
July 31, 2012 10:10 AM Let’s face it, most of us are online at some point or other during the day. So, what are all of us doing on the Internet? Good question. Now, new research gives us the answer.
According to a survey by “Home Electronics Journal” and “Bigresearch”, here’s what we’re all doing on the Internet:
42.8 % – for work
46.7 % – travel planning
62.7% – shopping
79.4% – doing research
and the main reason people are on the Internet: 85.8% – checking e-mail
The survey also noted that 48.3% are continuously checking their e-mail. Hmmmm. They must be talking about other people, not us. Right?
