Dave Wheeler’s Week 8 Football Picks

Week 7 of our Pro Football Pickem Challenge was actually a pretty good one.  I got 9 points and tied with Tad, beat Polly by one. It was a good weekend and hopefully my luck will continue. Here's a look at my Week 8 picks and predictions.

The Oakland Raiders and the New York Jets will face off this week. If NFL point spreads, ATS trends, and other betting data are correct, this game could go either way. According to CBS, the latest NFL Week 8 point spreads indicate that the Jets are the betting favorites by a field goal over the hosting Oakland Raiders. Also the OVER/UNDER equals a combined total of 55½ points. This game could go either way.
