It's easy to put our health on the back-burner, especially with how busy everyday life can get. But it's something we should be paying more attention to. The American Heart Association of Central New York wants to help you - Get you informed with the warning signs that something isn't right, know survivor stories, and learn what you can do to prevent heart disease and heart issues. They do this with the 'Go Red for Women' campaign.

Join the American Heart Association of Central New York, along with Lite 98.7 as we gather for a special 'National Wear Red Day' luncheon. The event includes Go Red photos, your chance to win prizes from the Lite 98.7 jackpot machine, speakers on survival and how to take time out for your health, and of course lunch.

Deborah Kryczkowski is a local heart survivor who will be speaking at this event and sharing her story. She is part of this year's Survivor Class sponsored by Delmonico's Italian Steakhouse. The DeClutter Coach Deb Cabral will also be presenting ways to help you balance work and home - so you can have time for you, and your health.

The luncheon will be Friday, February 5th from 11am to 1pm, at the Beeches Inn and Conference Center in Rome. To get more information, including ticket information, contact Anne Sullivan of the American Heart Association at:
