Have you seen the viral video of a army vet's first pitch at a Washington Nationals game where he throws the ball like a grenade? It's probably the coolest thing you'll watch all day.

Before the Washington Nationals took the field to face the San Francisco Giants in Game 2 of the National League Division Series at Nationals Park, ceremonial first pitch honors were assigned to a U.S. Army veteran wounded in the line of duty while serving in Iraq, spending three-and-a-half years at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center recovering from a traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress disorder. Sgt. First Class Brian Keaton (Ret.) decided to stray from the usual pitch and the crowd definitely approved of the decision."

Pretty cool right?
