Meet Jim Wolf.  He's a U.S. Army Veteran who has struggled with poverty, alcoholism and being homeless for decades.  Wolf volunteered to go through a physical transformation and the results are astonishing.

Since his amazing transformation, Wold has taken control of his life, finding a home and attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings daily.
