Utica Chicken Riggies could go national with the Lay’s Do Us A Flavor contest. We need your votes Utica, Rome, and the rest of Central New York. 

According to the Utica OD, the recipe was submitted by Holland Patent resident Mark Needham.

Needham said his goal is to bring some positive attention to the region. He said if he wins any money from the contest, most of it would be spent toward local small-business efforts and charity.”
