Voss’s Bar-B-Q Is Back in Business

Fans of Voss’s Bar-B-Q don't have to worry about the future of the restaurant any more. They will be open for business as usual on Thursday.

Owner Valerie Voss confirmed Wednesday that the Health Department had inspected the Yorkville restaurant and gave them approval to reopen. Voss’s will be open for lunch at 11AM and close at 9PM.

According to WKTV, the restaurant has been closed since a fire on Friday afternoon. The fire was caused by a discarded cigarette that caused a fire in the walls of the building. The fire was minor, and put out by the Yorkville Fire Department.
