Vince Gill Breaks Down Singing ‘Go Rest High on That Mountain’ at George Jones Funeral [VIDEO]

A who's who of not only country music, but the political arena was out to say goodbye to George Jones.  Vince Gill and Patty Loveless gave the most emotional performance of 'Go Rest High on That Mountain' I have ever seen.  You'll need a kleenex when you watch this.  At points in the song, Vince is so overcome with emotion, Patty has to take over. Alan Jackson remembered his friend by 'He Stopped Loving Her Today.'

Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood were moved to their feet for Vince & Patty's  emotional tribute, while others are seen crying into their tissues.

The Possum was laid to rest at the Grand Ole Opry House and will be greatly missed.  Just take a look at the line waiting to get into the public service.

George Jones passed away April 26th at the age of 81.
