Utica/Rome Boston Marathon Runners Presumed Safe as Flags Fly at Half Staff

Flags are flying at half mast locally for the three people killed in the Boston Marathon bombing.  All local runners are presumed safe.  If you know someone who took part in the race, you can search for them at the Boston Marathon website or on Google search.
