Utica Zoo Welcomes New Arrivals
It may not be the most beautiful creature in nature but it has a wonderful personality. A bit “prickly” at times but nice. It’s the African Crested Porcupine and it joins a serval–a medium sized African cat—as the newest arrivals at the Utica Zoo. WKTV reports that the zoo got some help in building enclosures for the newcomers.
In order to make the creatures feel comfortable in Utica, Home Depot donated materials and store employees volunteered their time to build homes for the animals.
