The Utica Boilermaker Road Race isn’t until July 10th but according to Executive Director Tim Reed the 13,000 runner limit has been reached.

‘Never in our history when we have had a cap have we reached it at such an early date’ said Reed. ‘When you add that we opened registration five months later than the 2010 race it makes hitting this number even more impressive.’
