Keaton Perry is unstoppable. The Utica woman has lost over 100 pounds, with a little help from her favorite county group Rascal Flatts.

Perry has her college roommate to thank for jump starting her weight loss journey. "She was getting married and asked me to be one of her bride's maids. That's when I made the decision to really focus on losing weight to looking good in that dress."

Definitely Rascal Flatts, my boys. Listening to them really got me through the hard stuff.

The weight loss journey started in 2015 with dieting and walking, which Perry says led to running on the treadmill, but it wasn't easy. "It was one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life."

In addition to friends and family, Perry says she has her favorite band to thank for keeping her motivated. "Definitely Rascal Flatts, my boys. Listening to them really got me through the hard stuff."

Perry has lost 110 pounds but she says it's the non scale victories she notices. "It's silly things like being able to cross my legs. Being able to walk up the stairs without being winded."

Perry's story is even getting national attention, appearing in Women's World magazine.

Losing all that weight has given Perry a new lease on life that includes a few bucket list items. "This Summer we're going to Darien Lake to ride roller coasters I use to be too big to ride on. My friend and I also want to go to Bald Mountain again to climb more mountains."

Any mountain Perry climbs can't be as high or as hard as the one she climbed to lose 110 pounds. She's 'Unstoppable,' which ironically is her favorite Rascal Flatts song.
