Think about it - you, or someone you know is absolutely nuts about Thanksgiving leftovers right?

Well how about taking your turkey-day leftovers to the next level?

These recipes will turn your ordinary Black-Friday binge into a whole new Thansgiving experience.

We'll call it Next-Level Thanksgiving.

First is a simple Turkey Soup from the Food Network's Alton Brown. This takes about an hour and a half total. Get the recipe from FoodNetwork.com.

Second is another leftover favorite, Turkey Pot-Pie! This quick recipe takes less than an hour and is also from the Food Network website.

Next we re-visit another time-honored tradition of Thanksgiving leftovers, the Turkey Sandwich. Only Rachel Ray could make a regular leftover sandwich sound so amazing, but try not to drool over this Opened Faced Hot Turkey Sammy with Sausage Stuffing, Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Bacon, and Warm Apple Cranberry Sauce.....enough said.

How about a Thanksgiving leftover casserole? Try out this recipe from Ourlifetastesgood.com. It even comes with a recipe for cranberry spread!

Time to get a little unique. How about taking that stuffing and turning it into appetizers? Check out these Second Day Fried Stuffing Bites with Cranberry Sauce Pesto. The recipe comes from Sunny Anderson at the Food Network.

Now this wouldn't be complete without combining Thanksgiving leftovers with a Central New York favorite - PIZZA! Check out the recipe for Thanksgiving pizza from Thegunnysack.com.

How about a little dessert? These Cranberry Tartlets are straight from Martha Stewart, so you know they're easy to make and delicious!

Try not to get too stuffed!

Happy Thanksgiving! Happy Leftovers!
