Tracy Morgan Sues Walmart For Deadly Limo Bus Crash [VIDEO]

Comedian Tracy Morgan is suing Walmart for the injuries he sustained in a deadly Limo Bus crash involving one of the Super Store truck drivers. The accident took place on June 7th on the New Jersey turnpike. Morgan suffered broken ribs, a broken nose, and a broken leg. His friend and fellow comedian James Mcnair was killed and others were injured.

The lawsuit was filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court in New Jersey. The truck driver, Kevin Roper is also facing criminal charges and has plead not guilty.
