Tour d’ Utica Is A Green Ride Saturday
June 15, 2012 10:10 AM Living in Central New York has it’s advantages; one being the beautiful parks and landscape in Greater Utica. This Saturday, bicycle riders will experience that beauty firsthand in the second annual Tour d’ Utica.

“Central New York Bicyclists and Pedestrians, Utica Velo and the Mohawk Valley Bicycle Club will participate in this Saturday’s tour, visiting local parks and meeting areas.
This tour is called “The Green Ride” and will begin at 11 a.m. in front of Cafe Domenico, on Genesee Street.
Stops include Proctor Park, Johnson Park Center and Lincoln Skate Park, where speakers and musicians will talk about their respective areas.
Riders will also visit the Utica Velo bicycle shop and Zenia’s Cafe, where riders will receive a coupon for a $5 sandwich.
The “Tour d’Utica” is sponsored by the Greater Utica Sunrise Rotary Club, Zenia’s Cafe, Cafe Domenico and MindFunk Studios.”
