Tokeru Kobayoshi Downs 110 Hot Dogs at State Fair

Tokeru Kobayoshi has made a career out of eating, eating copious amounts of food in record time. He was at it again yesterday at the New York State Fair where, according to Syracuse.com, he devoured 100 Hoffman’s hot dogs–without the buns–in 10 minutes in Chevy Court. The 128 pound Japanese born competitive eater has won numerous titles for his ability to consume amounts of food people twice his size would find difficult to even consider. And what did he plan to have for dinner? Another hot dog? Nope.
After eating 110 hot dogs, he was going to Phil Romano’s– the creator of national chains including Macaroni Grill–home for dinner. He planned to eat some pasta.

I would suspect that some of the nearby food stands might have been a little short of hot dogs after this event.
