The major winter storm that blanketed most of the East Coast with several feet of snow this past weekend thankfully missed Central New York, but this video shows just how lucky we got.

The 90-second time-lapse video from Tech Insider was shot around Manhattan's Upper East Side on Saturday, January 23.

NYC's Central Park received an amazing 26.8 inches of snow, making it the second largest snowfall in the city since 1869.

That is pretty intense to watch, especially seeing all the people leave their homes throughout the course of the storm.

With all the snow Central New York is known to get, its safe to say we didn't miss this storm.
