Jimmy Wayne is on the New York Times Best Seller list with his autobiography 'Walk To Beautiful,' and now his song 'Paper Angels' is a movie.

'Paper Angels' has a history that began at a Nashville shopping center 12 years ago. 'I had this idea while I standing in a mall looking at the angel tree. I noticed a lot of people were walking past it. I thought I have to do something to raise awareness for that tree and those paper angels on there because I was one of those angels when I was a kid.'

Jimmy wanted to bring even more awareness to the Salvation Army annual holiday toy drive so he wrote the book 'Paper Angels' in 2011. 'I wanted to continue that awareness by filming a movie.'

'Paper Angels' stars Matthew Settle and Josie Bissett. 'The actors are great. It's almost like you forget they're even acting because they're so good,' says Wayne.

'Paper Angels' will premiere on the UP Network Sunday night at 7. Check out a preview of the movie.

Walk To Beautiful

Jimmy put his life on paper in ‘Walk to Beautiful,’ to not only raise awareness for kids aging out of foster care, but to inspire. It's inspiring a lot of people since it's on the New York Times best sellers list.

Wayne says he started writing immediate after his ‘Halfway Across America‘ walk, ‘something just told me you need to starting writing your notes down before you forget them.’

The book was another way for Wayne to tell his story. 'My first album was a dream. I always wanted to write songs about my story but there’s only so much you can say in three minutes. This book tells the entire story that I’ve been beating around the bush about for the past 16 years. You’re probably going to be shocked. There’s some really personal things I shared.'
