The Latest Dairy News Straight From the Cows Mouth – Ag Matters

What the latest news and future strategies for the dairy industry? You can get answers to both of those questions from the cow's mouth so to speak.  Learn a lot, meet other dairy producers and enjoy an evening out at the annual American Dairy Association and Dairy Council meeting.  

Meetings are held throughout New York.  Among the topics will be the dairy checkoff programs, "which work to increase dairy sales by building demand for milk and dairy products by consumers in New York, northern New Jersey, and northeastern Pennsylvania."

The annual meeting for Oneida and Madison county dairy producers will be held on Tuesday October 25th at Vernon Downs 4229 Stuhlman Rd. in Vernon.  Cowtails start at 6pm, with dinner at 6:30pm. Make reservations with Joanie Smith at 315-737-8907.
