    Never heard of the Clark Energy Center in Marcy? That's not a surprise as it's not a building the NYS Power Authority does much publicity around. But what might surprise you is that the site is considered the "hub" of the entire NYS power system with energy from 16 power plants moving across the state being shuffled to and fro through the high tension lines that converge in the hills north of Utica.
