Week 2 of Farm Hands sent Polly and I to Sandefer Hills Farm in Rome.  Watch as we take a walk through their milking parlor.Just our second look inside a milking facility we learned a lot of new things; like an elevated platform for the cows and computers that monitor each individual cows production.

Henry milks about 85-90 cows twice a day and grows his own forage.  The farm was started by his parents when they retired and he's been running the operation since graduating from Cornell University.
