If you want to get outside during the winter and don't ski, snowboard or snowmobile, try snowshoeing. I know people who love to get out on the bright white snow on a sunny day, get some fresh air and a great workout on their snowshoes.

With the extreme cold temperatures, here's some tips on cold weather hypothermia. Many of you work outside or enjoy outdoor winter sports and recreation, so it's important not to get over exposed in the cold.

My thanks to my honorable colleagues here at Big Frog 104. Yesterday, I misplaced a pair of winter gloves and went crazy looking all over the building for them. And no, I'm not one of those people who says "Who took my gloves?", as I know no one took them, I lost them. But now they're found.
