Who knew working at Wal-Mart could be so dangerous? Jacquetta Simmons is facing seven years in jail for punching a 70 year old cashier at the Batvia Wal-Mart.

Simmons has been convicted of punching Grace Suozzi, when Suozzi asked to see Simmons’ receipt. She now faces a jail time since it's a felony in New York Sate to injure anyone over 65 years old if you’re more than ten years younger than the victim.
