Today we celebrate our Veteran's. Thanks to them, we get to enjoy our freedom each and every day. Also, today we thank those currently serving defending our freedom. Part of the celebration, you will see the American flag flown proudly. Does the flag need to be at half staff or half mast though?

As we celebrate Veterans Day on Friday, many veterans will gather on Saturday at the New York State Fair for the annual CNY Veterans Parade.

Coming up on Friday November 11th we will be honoring Veteran's on Veterans Day. They will be able to enjoy plenty of deals and free items here in Utica, Rome, and Syracuse. That’s the least we can do to thank the men and women who have served our country in the United States military.

For Veteran's Day we're honoring our men in women in uniform who have served or are serving our country. My grandfather, who recently turned 95, fought in WWII and we're lucky to still have him with us today.
