Wasn't Daylight Savings Time supposed to be over? Why this isn't the last time you will be changing your clocks? Who is keeping Daylight Savings Time from ending forever?
The only thing other than politics and religion to spark a lively debate is Daylight Saving Time. Both sides have compelling arguments for and against us all losing an hour of sleep.
Hopefully, we all sprung ahead this past weekend to begin Dayllght Savings Time, and even though we lost an hour of sleep, by now we've made it up (although my father claimed that he lost an hour of sleep everynight until we returned to standard time). So how much more daylight did we gain?
Setting your clock back an hour early this Sunday morning may lead to depressingly shorter days, but experts believe the end of daylight saving time is healthy in general.
It's that time of year again during the "Frog Days of Fall"...time change. Late Saturday night (early Sunday morning at 2 a.m.), when you go to bed, set your clocks back an hour as we go off Daylight Savings Time and back on Standard Time.
