September 11, 2012 It's baaack! Season three of 'The Voice' kicked off on NBC. Blake Shelton, dressed in his dapper black suit, vest and all, kicked off the night by grabbing the first contestant, British rocker Terry McDerrmott. Blake had to work hard to get him too since Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine also turned their chairs around, hoping to get Terry on their team. In the end, it was Blake's pitch to allow Terry to just stand on stage and talk. The ladies love an accent. It may have also been the offer to swap vests.
