It's that time of year again! Are you ready for the Herkimer County Fair?

Here are a few New York beaches we hope you get a chance  to check out.

Fair season roles into the Herkimer County Fairgrounds August 18.  And as any good fair, the Herkimer County Fair is complete with 4-H competitions, tractor pulls, demo derbys and carnival rides and games.  Read more for the complete lineup.

Central New York is known for a lot of great food, however I don't think people realize how many awesome Ice Cream places there are. This Summer has been a hot one so far and it's important to know exactly where you can find great Ice Cream near you.

Another Country artist has been added to the list for this Summer's Midway Music Series at Chevy Court during the New York State Fair! John Anderson will be there on August 22nd at 7:30pm.

Jeremiah and I had a great time at the Top of the Hill Flea and Farmer's Market, conveniently located 1 mile from Sylvan Beach. The weather was perfect and everyone there was enjoying themselves very much. There is so much to do and so many different items to buy that Top of the Hill is your one stop Flea and Farmer's Market.

It's turning out to be one heck of a warm Summer, not that I'm complaining after the winter we had! With this extreme heat, it's important to find ways to keep cool, and it doesn't hurt to look cool doing it! This video will help you do both!
