Paula Abdul has signed on as the fourth and final judge of 'The X Factor,' the Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

Sources say negotiations went down to the wire, due in part to her deal with CBS to appear on the dance-competition series 'Live to Dance.'

Auditions are being held for the new FOX show "The X-Factor," and you can be at the head of the line. Our local Fox station is looking for the best talent in Central New York to send to the Dallas Texas try outs May 26th. And the winner doesn't have to wait around all day. They get a pass to the front of the line.
