As a former brewery tour guide, I thought I'd get you up to date on "what's brewing" at my alma mater, the F.X. Matt Brewing Company. They've just released a new summer brew called Saranac Blueberry Blond Ale.
It's the quiet time of the year, a month to go until St. Patrick's Day, and a couple of weeks away from America's Greatest Heart Run and Walk. Now, something new from Saranac to liven up the landscape...Saranac Chocolate Orange beer.
Here's something to look forward to during the "Frog Days of Winter", a new beer! The F.X. Matt Brewing Company has another new beer release now in stores. It's a hoppy addition called Saranac White IPA.
'Tis the season during the "Frog Days of Fall" to start thinking of colder weather, the holidays and Saranac seasonal beers. Now my alma mater, the F.X. Matt Brewery has the "12 Beers of Winter" available at stores throughout the northeast. I like to promote new products and events at the brewery, as it is a significant local employer and an important part of our community and local economy (and they make great beers and soft drinks).
My loyalty and friendship with the F.X. Matt Brewing Company, makers of Utica Club and Saranac beer and soft drinks goes way back to my college days, when I was a tour guide at the brewery. Now that we are well into the "Frog Days of Fall", Saranac is launching a new look on TV.
The Frog Days of Summer are coming to a close, but autumn has plenty to look forward to. You may know that as a former F.X. Matt Brewery employee (tour guide during my college days), I have a keen interest in all that goes on and comes out of our local brewery. And now that we're in late August, two seasonal favorites are back and on sale from Saranac.
We are very fortunate to have a great local employer and civic-minded company based in Utica - the F.X. Matt Brewing Company. And it's a big plus that they make the best beer in the world, right in our own backyard. As a former F.X.
